Sectional Cut off for RAGA and English Section is 60 % each. It means that the candidate has to score 60% in both RAGA and Y Group then only the candidate will move to Phase -II Adaptability Test.

Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA) -30 Marks English- 20 Marks Total Duration - 45 Minutes

A candidate passed 10+2 in any stream with English as subject can apply.

A student must have passed 10+2 in any stream with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.

A person having foreign citizenship cannot apply for AF Y Group but If He/She has Indian passport and documents supporting his/her claim of Indian citizenship then they can apply for AF Y Group.

Depending upon a person's understanding and approach level the toughness level of AF Y Group Exam varies from moderate to difficult.

Phase I- Joint Basic Phase Training (JBPT) at Basic Training Institute, Belagavi (Karnataka). Phase II- Trade Training

The marking scheme is +1 is awarded for every right answer and for every wrong answer -0.25 is deducted. Moreover sectional cut off has to be cleared which means all the three papers have to be cleared.
